If you would rather not touch the site yourself, tell us what is going on and we will quote the work. A person reads your report and makes the changes, priced per job.
Questions
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your account. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- What happens to my reports if I stop?
- They stay. We do not delete anything when you stop paying. You go back to seeing the score and the six groups, and the full breakdown and history open again if you come back.
- Is tax included?
- Tax is added at checkout where it is due, based on where you are. The price above is before tax.
- Who takes the payment?
- Link, which is Stripe's payment service, sells the subscription on our behalf and handles the tax. ChatShortlist is owned by FluxGate Ventures LLC, so your receipt will say Link and your statement will show LINK.COM FluxGateAI. Card details never touch our servers. You can manage or cancel the subscription from here or from your Link account.
